Project Coordinator (12 Month FTC) (Market Research Operations)

Location: London, UK, with office attendance expected 1–2 days per week

What you will do

• Join project kick-off calls and contribute to cross-functional research project teams.
• Review questionnaires, check data and test survey links.
• Coordinate commissioned projects, fulfil project requirements and communicate progress to project leads and clients.
• Liaise with Sampling, Data Services, Research, Tech and Product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project financials, including end-of-project reconciliation, to deliver work to brief and within budget.
• Support colleagues, share learnings and help improve tools and ways of working.

Requirements

• Some previous work experience and a genuine interest in the market research sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong numeracy skills, including a minimum grade B/6 at GCSE or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and with a broad range of people.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced agency environment, ask questions and suggest improvements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of research methodologies beyond online quantitative data collection and fieldwork.
