What you will do

• Manage BAU Support Areas and the Finance Transformation Support Team, setting priorities, coordinating resources, and bridging operational gaps.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across BAU Support and Finance Transformation Phase 1.2, targeted for February 2027 delivery with Oracle becoming the book of record.
• Partner with senior Finance leaders and IT, translating technical bottlenecks into business decisions and providing meaningful escalation updates.
• Deliver root-cause analysis and define preventative actions for future incidents.
• Manage project budgets, third-party costs, invoice sign-off, and change documentation.

Requirements

• IT project management experience.
• Background in support operations and experience managing the day-to-day activities of support teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Understanding of core accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to developers and senior leadership.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with resilience during busy periods and the ability to identify issues before they occur.
