Manager Infrastructure Services

What you will do

• Manage or lead teams responsible for infrastructure services and oversee daily activities.
• Support the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and projects.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with teams and customers to understand and address infrastructure needs.
• Apply infrastructure best practices and standards, resolve infrastructure issues and incidents, and maintain documentation.
• Help optimize resource allocation for infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology management.
• Proficiency in project management and technical knowledge.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or CompTIA Project+.
