BSA Coupa (Coupa/SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Alameda, California, United States; onsite work required. Business travel may be 0–10%.

Annual base salary: $103,000–$152,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support and optimize Procure-to-Pay processes within the Coupa platform.
• Lead business process workshops and solution design sessions with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Design and support Coupa integrations with SAP S/4HANA in collaboration with middleware teams, including Boomi.
• Configure, prototype, validate, test, and deploy system solutions; develop test plans and cases and support SIT and UAT cycles.
• Provide application support, investigate and resolve issues, document results, and maintain system reliability and data consistency.
• Deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer, project updates, and continuous process improvement while following quality, security, privacy, and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay modules and strong experience integrating Coupa with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Supplier Management processes.
• Experience with APIs, flat files, or middleware integrations, including middleware tools such as Boomi.
• Exposure to SOX compliance and audit controls, plus experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharma.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, high accuracy and attention to detail, and strong organizational and prioritization skills while handling multiple projects.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Alameda, California.
• Ability to perform office-based duties, remain stationary and use standard office equipment for extended periods, move between buildings and floors, lift or move up to 5 pounds, and communicate and exchange accurate information daily.
