Senior Analyst, SAP Functional (SAP)

Location: Remote; significant travel required, including office and outside locations with temperature and weather variations.

Salary: $88,600–$148,600 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Extend approved global SAP templates and localized configurations for assigned plant deployment waves.
• Identify site-specific requirements through fit-to-template analysis, questionnaires, configuration documentation, and Azure DevOps tracking.
• Perform SAP configuration, unit testing, release governance, and validation without changing the core solution design.
• Plan and execute cutover activities, including configuration updates, table maintenance, batch jobs, RFC setup, rehearsals, and production cutover.
• Coordinate testing, qTest cases, progression testing, validation, and defect triage with Deployment Test Leads.
• Own data and configuration incidents during Hypercare, report deployment risks and readiness, and escalate new design or build requirements to Solution Delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of SAP functional experience, including hands-on plant deployments, global template rollouts, deployment configuration, or production support in an enterprise ERP environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or deployment programs.
• Experience in at least one SAP functional area: Order-to-Cash, Extended Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Production, Source-to-Pay, Supply Chain Planning, Master Data Management/Governance, or SAP Security.
• Hands-on SAP configuration expertise and ability to extend approved global configuration without altering core solution design.
• Working knowledge of SAP ChaRM, transport management, Azure DevOps, fit-to-template analysis, plant-specific scoping, release management, qTest, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with cutover planning and execution, deployment readiness, defect triage, incident resolution, risk identification, escalation management, and documentation governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple functional teams and priorities with a consistent focus on quality and execution.
