Engagement Manager, NAM (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - United States; 15–20% travel required.

Base salary: $130,000–$155,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customers and drive adoption and effective use of the hirify.global Behavioral Biometric solution.
• Serve as the primary contact for consulting, incident reporting, escalations, and customer issue resolution.
• Coordinate project delivery, oversee scope and schedules, track milestones, and manage delivery risks.
• Collaborate with Support, Service Delivery, Threat Analysts, Data Scientists, Solutions, R&D, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Lead customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews, present product updates, gather roadmap feedback, and communicate customer KPIs.
• Prepare or review Statements of Work, validate technical feasibility, estimate effort, and partner with Strategic Account Managers on new opportunities.

Requirements

• 5 years of post-sales consulting experience in cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or technology, working with top-tier customers, especially financial institutions.
• Ability to communicate, present, and write in English, with exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a subject or quantitative discipline; relevant experience may be considered instead.
• Experience working with highly technical internal and external teams and translating requirements and findings for non-technical decision-makers.
• Strong consultative, collaboration, active listening, client-service, and data-quality skills.
• Advanced organizational, program, project, and time-management skills, including prioritization, concurrent request handling, and strict timeline adherence.
• Ability to work effectively in teams, solicit and provide feedback, manage conflict, coach project team members, and operate under pressure.
• Resourcefulness, accountability, integrity, curiosity, motivation, coachability, competitiveness, a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight.
