(Senior) Legal Advisor (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Advise and support group companies across the EMEA region on legal matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents for EMEA.
• Advise departments on data protection matters with support from the external data protection officer.
• Further develop the existing Legal AI landscape and drive its continuous expansion.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with both German State Examinations.
• Several years of professional experience in a law firm and/or an international in-house legal department.
• Strong expertise in commercial and corporate matters.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international agreements.
• Experience providing pragmatic legal advice to senior management and business stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage legal projects and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
