Apprentice – Procurement (SaaS)

What you will do

• Audit existing software stacks to identify duplicate tools, redundancies, and integration opportunities.
• Work with IT and business teams to prepare renewal schedules and contract rationalization roadmaps.
• Support commercial negotiations and contract renewals with SaaS and software vendors under senior guidance.
• Review contract terms, benchmark market pricing, and help evaluate vendor proposals.
• Track cost optimization metrics, contractual milestones, and post-integration synergy targets.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Purchasing, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or IT Management.
• Initial knowledge of SaaS commercial models, licensing metrics, and standard contractual clauses, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Clear communication, analytical rigor, and interest in commercial negotiations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Slides.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
