IPM Buyer Intern (Procurement)

Location: Paris, France. Start date: January 2027.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end procurement activities for low-complexity new product launches and productivity projects.
• Coordinate with multifunctional teams from marketing brief through market launch, meeting cost, timing, and lead-time objectives.
• Contribute to productivity, renovation, and value-preservation projects with R&D and Operations teams, including savings, CAPEX tracking, and quarterly budget reviews.
• Support business continuity planning for high-risk materials, claims and issue management, and actions to reduce inventory and obsolescence.
• Help share information between local organizations and business units while supporting procurement business partnering.

Requirements

• Currently preparing a Master’s degree in Purchasing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Business.
• English is required; French is highly advised.
• Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
• Very good oral and written communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Agility and flexibility to navigate complex environments, work proactively, and develop innovative solutions beyond defined scopes.
• Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.
