P2P Accountant (French)

What you will do

• Post vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc payment runs.
• Handle vendor queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and reporting.
• Support audits and documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and PTP procedures while providing backup support for standard PTP processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in PTP processes.
• Strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and PTP processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Fluency in French or Dutch at a minimum B2 level.
• English at a minimum B1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience in transition projects.
