Invoice & Accounts Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Poland; on-site

What you will do

• Issue domestic, international, proforma, and advance invoices.
• Prepare corrective sales invoices based on complaints, returns, discounts, and related documents.
• Post and record accounts payable.
• Monitor and control accounts receivable, debt collection, and documentation circulation.
• Communicate with clients and complete other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Experience or exposure to invoice processing in the EU.
• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs or comparable Microsoft alternatives.
• Organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Polish language required; English at B2 level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or another relevant field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Optima software or SAP.
