Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, or the USA. Fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work is available.

Salary: EUR 7,250–9,650 per month gross. Up to an additional EUR 1,000 per month may be earned through company activities and included in the annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Power Apps.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs covering data models, security, integrations, and non-functional requirements.
• Guide Power Automate, Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse extensibility, and Azure integrations.
• Define governance, ALM, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and engineering standards across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Terraform, and Power BI.
• Manage Dataverse capacity, storage costs, retention policies, audit logs, attachment handling, and disaster recovery with backups, recovery testing, and RTO/RPO targets.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architecture and code reviews, stakeholder coordination, and on-call support for Broad Arrow Live Auctions, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Power Apps.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, workflow automation, and Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• Experience designing and managing Dynamics 365 CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools, with strong understanding of Power Platform ALM.
• Solid understanding of Azure networking, identity, security, monitoring, compute, and integration services, including experience with services such as Azure Functions and Azure Synapse.
• Experience managing Dataverse capacity and storage, defining data retention policies, and designing disaster recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance and security models, Git-based version control, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Availability for on-call duty, including nights and weekends, to support Broad Arrow Live Auctions.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building Azure infrastructure with Terraform scripts.
• Experience creating Power BI paginated reports and semantic model reports.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or Power BI, such as PL-600.
