Data Architect (Azure)

What you will do

• Define and implement data architecture, governance, standards, best practices, and enterprise models.
• Lead solution and reference architecture design for end-to-end data projects.
• Design and deliver scalable batch and real-time cloud data solutions.
• Assess and estimate solutions, contribute hands-on when required, and ensure alignment with global architecture frameworks.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders, cloud partners, and internal and external delivery teams.
• Develop proofs of concept for emerging technologies and support adoption of modern data platforms.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience with Azure-based cloud or hybrid data and ML solutions.
• Proven experience delivering solution and reference architectures and end-to-end data solutions.
• Strong dimensional data modelling expertise.
• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, ADF, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Leadership, team coordination, delivery-team management, documentation, and communication skills.
• User-focused mindset, ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, and ability to travel if needed.
• Fluent English.

• Microsoft Fabric experience.
• C# experience.
