Senior Fullstack Developer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdańsk or Warsaw, with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 1,000–1,300 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services for digital banking platforms.
• Drive backend testing activities within an agile team to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements and solution design.
• Support business analysis by translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Use AI-assisted tools for development, testing, and routine-task automation.
• Contribute throughout the product lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to continuous improvement and operational support.

Requirements

• Senior-level practical experience with Java 21+ and Spring Boot 3.5, including awareness of the transition to JDK 25+ and Spring Boot 4.x.
• Knowledge of Git, Maven, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Jenkins-based CI/CD release procedures.
• Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit 5, AssertJ, and WireMock.
• Knowledge of SQL, JDBC, Spring Template, and Hibernate ORM.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular 2+ for frontend development.
• Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools effectively for development, testing, and automation.
• English communication is used daily in the international work environment.
