Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the assigned office.

What you will do

• Design and implement hirify.global Automate features, leading frontend architecture with React and TypeScript.
• Build rich, responsive interfaces for creating, configuring, and monitoring complex automated workflows.
• Contribute to backend services, distributed systems, API integrations, and workflow automation infrastructure.
• Work with product managers, designers, infrastructure teams, and engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and influence engineering practices and technical direction.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, including evening and weekend production incident response when scheduled.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated full-stack development expertise.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Solid knowledge of backend principles, REST APIs, distributed systems, API contracts, caching strategies, database design, and asynchronous event processing.
• Professional ability to operate across the full stack, independently leading frontend architecture and interfacing with backend services and distributed systems.
• Experience with a cloud platform such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, and with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Experience influencing technical direction through RFCs, design documents, or cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage delivery independently and communicate progress clearly under deadlines.
• Fluent English proficiency in written and verbal communication.

• Experience with workflow automation, business process management, or integration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Java and backend microservices architecture.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or mentoring junior engineers.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and API design.
• Open-source contributions or a strong focus on code quality.
