What you will do

• Maintain the consistency, scalability, reliability, and governance of the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Support engineering, IT, business, and operations teams by standardizing configurations and implementing architectural best practices.
• Design workflows, process maps, task flows, and scalable configurations for collaboration tools.
• Build and maintain cross-system automations using native capabilities, scripting, third-party integrations, and internal and external REST APIs.
• Configure Jira Service Management structures, including request types, SLA rules, queues, automations, and customer portal architecture.
• Manage Confluence spaces and knowledge base structures while addressing performance, integration, and configuration challenges.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering and engineering Atlassian Cloud solutions, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• In-depth knowledge of Jira architecture, including workflows, schemes, permission models, license management, custom fields, and project configurations.
• Experience building and maintaining Jira Service Management structures, including request types, SLA rules, queues, automations, and customer portal architecture.
• Proven ability to design and implement advanced automations using internal and external REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with process automation, scripting, and native and third-party system integrations.
• Experience configuring Confluence, managing spaces, and structuring knowledge bases.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable, user-friendly system configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for performance, integration, and configuration challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.
