Communications Specialist

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. Travel up to 10% domestically is required.

Salary: $97,530–$146,290 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with global internal stakeholders and leaders to develop communication plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own division communication vehicles, including newsletters, websites, employee meetings, and other internal channels.
• Create and distribute articles, videos, interviews, Q&As, infographics, presentations, and other multimedia content.
• Translate complex concepts into clear communications for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining consistent messaging and branding.
• Manage multiple communications projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Analyze communications performance and metrics to improve audience engagement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of developing and maintaining trust, building collaborative relationships, and providing valued perspectives to clients and peers.
• Ability to communicate effectively, listen, interpret information accurately, and influence others in different situations.
• Ability to plan and organize tasks and resources systematically and methodically.
• Knowledge of internal communications techniques and media, including producing and distributing employee news, newsletters, and other communications materials.
• Knowledge of multimedia publishing technologies and procedures, including audio, visual, and animation software tools.
• Work samples are required, such as writing, graphic design, or video samples.
