Executive Communications Specialist (Physical AI)

Location: Hybrid work model in the United States, with on-site and off-site work at an assigned hirify.global site. Primary location: Santa Clara, California; additional locations: Hillsboro, Oregon; Folsom, California; Phoenix, Arizona.

Annual salary range: $121,390–$204,980 USD.

What you will do

• Develop and execute communications strategies supporting business priorities, technology strategy, and organizational goals.
• Translate complex business, technology, and organizational topics into clear narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Develop executive communications and thought leadership materials, including presentations, op-eds, talking points, employee memos, videos, speeches, and Q&A materials.
• Prepare senior leaders for high-impact engagements through strategic briefs, messaging, scenario planning, and stakeholder preparation.
• Lead communications for business units, organizational change, business transformation, and leadership transitions.
• Measure sentiment, engagement, and communications effectiveness to assess impact and adjust strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in writing, editing, storytelling, and developing written communications across multiple formats and audiences.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a large, complex, or technology-focused organization.
• Experience developing and executing executive communications strategies for C-suite or senior leadership, including speechwriting, presentations, talking points, op-eds, and messaging frameworks.
• Experience with stakeholder and project management.
• Experience collaborating across Marketing, HR, PR, Investor Relations, Analyst Relations, or related functions to align narratives and communications strategies.
• Experience using sentiment analysis, engagement metrics, or communications effectiveness measures to assess impact and adjust strategies.
• Strong writing, executive judgment, audience awareness, collaboration, influence, adaptability, and ability to manage competing priorities.
