Salary: $60,000–$102,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Manage all staff, functions, daily operations, scheduling, and service coverage for the banking center.
• Implement the banking center network strategy and achieve sales, retention, customer service, P&L, operations, and colleague development goals.
• Acquire, integrate, expand, and retain client relationships through sales, referrals, cross-selling, and issue resolution.
• Develop business plans, establish team sales and service goals, and support district objectives.
• Coach, onboard, train, and hold colleagues accountable while supporting engagement, performance, and career growth.
• Complete audits and maintain compliance with federal and state laws, bank policies, procedures, products, services, and delivery channels.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of banking experience with a proven record in leadership, customer service, managerial, communication, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate and/or bachelor's degrees are advanced qualifications.
• Intricate knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, organizational, computer, technology, and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
