Branch Manager - Woburn MA

Location: Woburn, Massachusetts, United States of America; onsite position

Salary: $86,600–$144,300 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Manage the branch operating model, including customer and employee experience, digital engagement, transactions, servicing, sales, and profitability.
• Identify retail and business banking needs, provide personalized solutions, and process business banking loan requests up to $250,000.
• Lead, coach, develop, recruit, onboard, and retain a branch team averaging 4–5 employees.
• Maintain regulatory, operational, security, audit, and internal control standards, including Federal SAFE Act registration requirements.
• Educate customers and employees about fraud, scams, account takeover, elder financial exploitation, and available recovery resources.
• Build relationships with local businesses, nonprofit organizations, schools, and community groups through outreach and community events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 7 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of sales experience and 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain SAFE Act registration requirements and make sound risk management decisions.
