Vice President, FP&A (AI)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $225,000–$275,000 US base salary for this full-time position; bonus, equity, and benefits are excluded.

hirify.global is an AI-focused digital health company building a platform that predicts and prevents cardiac events, serving large U.S. health plans and employers.

What you will do

• Lead long-range planning, annual operating planning, and monthly and quarterly forecasting.
• Build and maintain integrated three-statement models, operating metrics, scenarios, and bottoms-up recurring revenue forecasts covering bookings, ARR, revenue, clients, and cohorts.
• Prepare management reporting, board materials, and executive financial reviews covering variances, trends, and forecast risks.
• Model business initiatives and advise on capital and resource allocation while partnering with leaders across go-to-market, product, G&A, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Data, and the Controller.
• Select and implement FP&A planning software and automate budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and board-material workflows with AI tools.
• Lead and mentor a strategic FP&A team, support investor and lender reporting, and serve as a thought partner to the CFO and executive team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of FP&A experience, including 3–5 years leading an FP&A team in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
• Strong three-statement modeling skills and working knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience forecasting recurring revenue businesses, including bookings, ARR, and unit economics.
• Experience presenting financial plans, variances, and recommendations to executives and boards.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, plus hands-on experience implementing or operating FP&A planning tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or Planful.
• Experience scaling a company through $200M or more in revenue and moving FP&A from manual spreadsheets toward automated, AI-enabled processes.
• Strong business judgment, executive presence, cross-functional influence, and change-management ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Comfort using approved AI tools for forecasting, analysis, and reporting while reviewing accuracy and protecting confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP.
• Experience in B2B2C, digital health, or another regulated healthcare environment.
• Investment banking, strategic finance, or venture/growth-equity experience.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA.
