What you will do

• Review, edit, fact-check, and adapt US-English podcast-related editorial content according to style guides.
• Improve AI-generated source copy for clarity, coherence, creativity, and audience impact.
• Research podcast terminology, formats, creators, genres, trends, and cultural preferences relevant to US audiences.
• Provide actionable feedback on written content and AI outputs.
• Maintain consistency and quality across audiovisual and digital surfaces using client tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Proven copywriting experience.
• Proven experience editing or writing content across podcast genres, with strong clarity, coherence, and consistency.
• Familiarity with contemporary podcast trends and industry conventions.
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different contexts and audiences.
• Awareness of cultural influences, regional preferences, pop culture, mainstream language, trends, and references.
• Creativity, strong research and fact-verification skills, and audience awareness.
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and narrative writing skills.
• Genuine passion for podcasts.

Nice to have

• Published work on reputable podcast or media platforms.
• Experience with podcast streaming services, editorial platforms, or podcast-focused applications.
• Ability to adapt voice and style for Gen Z and pop culture audiences.
