Sr. Manager, Product Line Management (MEMS Microphones)

Base pay: $180,000–$240,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the MEMS microphone roadmap and product definition for the consumer electronics market.
• Gather voice-of-customer insights and conduct competitive and market analysis to develop commercial strategies.
• Lead new product introduction teams from concept through mass production.
• Partner with application engineering and R&D to develop technical marketing collateral.
• Coordinate global pricing strategy, analyze market pricing, and monitor end-to-end margins.
• Work with R&D, Operations, and Finance to achieve cost and margin targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 8–12 years of business- or engineering-related experience; semiconductor or electrical components manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to take initiative in solving complex problems.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pace environment.
