Sr Technical Manager - Digital Integration for Semiconductor Process Development

Location: Santa Clara, CA; onsite role with approximately 10% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $174,000–$239,500 per year.

What you will do

• Develop business and marketing plans, assess market penetration and product positioning, and support revenue and market-share growth.
• Recommend investments for new product development and develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct competitive and Red Team analyses, support pricing strategies, and develop marketing tools for product launches.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop and enhance products and communicate market needs and timelines.
• Support field teams with account strategies and opportunity optimization.
• Manage product releases through the full product life cycle.

Requirements

• Regarded as a technical expert in the relevant field, with in-depth or broad expertise in the discipline and broad knowledge of related disciplines.
• Understanding of technical and business environments, including business and regulatory issues.
• Experience recommending product, process, or service improvements.
• Ability to lead projects with notable risk and complexity and develop execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems with broad business impact through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Ability to influence program, project, or service direction and resource allocation within functional policies and industry guidelines.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, and persuade senior stakeholders to adopt different points of view.
