Business Consultant I (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Kansas City, Missouri office; employees must attend the office on a scheduled frequency.

What you will do

• Manage, develop, and improve relationships with assigned business areas, vendors, Operational Compliance, and IT partners.
• Support operational issue resolution and the development of new or enhanced transfer agency and retirement systems, products, and services.
• Gather requirements and create current- and future-state workflows to identify improvement or STOP opportunities.
• Provide business and regulatory data analysis, draw practical conclusions, and support business solutions and outcomes.
• Define and measure business value, execute capabilities, and support company or department initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Crucial communication and task organization skills.
• Sophisticated computer skills and the ability to type at least 30 WPM.
• Ability to demonstrate resiliency, flexibility, and relationship management.
