Data Analyst Apprenticeship - Level 4 - Salford

Salary: £24,650 per year. Fixed-term, full-time apprenticeship for 18 months.

What you will do

• Work with real data to uncover trends, solve problems, and support decision-making.
• Collect, analyse, and present data as clear insights.
• Create reports and visualisations that help colleagues understand and act on data.
• Support Product, Design, and Technology teams in improving hirify.global digital experiences.
• Learn how data shapes services, projects, performance, and audience engagement.
• Apply data privacy, ethics, and responsible data-use principles.

Requirements

• Must be aged 18 or over by the apprenticeship start in September 2027.
• Must have lived continuously in the UK for the three years before the apprenticeship starts.
• Must be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the full apprenticeship duration.
• Must not currently be enrolled in another apprenticeship.
• Must not already hold a qualification in the same subject at the same or a higher level.
• Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4/C or above, National 5 at C, or an equivalent qualification.
• Achieved or expected to achieve A Level/Higher Maths by the start of the scheme.
• Interest in data, numbers, Excel spreadsheets, maths, and logical thinking.
• Organisational, problem-solving, negotiation, deadline-management, adaptability, and communication skills, with an interest in the hirify.global and audience content consumption.
• Must be a non-graduate; applicants with a degree are directed to other hirify.global opportunities.
