What you will do

• Work with real data to uncover trends, solve problems, and support decision-making.
• Collect, analyse, and present data as clear insights.
• Create reports and visualisations that help colleagues understand and act on data.
• Learn how data shapes services, projects, and organisational performance.
• Apply data privacy, ethics, and responsible data-use principles.
• Study for a Level 4 Data Analyst qualification, including at least one study day per week through Cambridge Spark's virtual platform.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with data, numbers, and Excel spreadsheets, with an interest in maths and logical thinking.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and negotiating skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and demands.
• A calm, focused, flexible, and adaptable approach to changing circumstances and out-of-hours working.
• Interest in the hirify.global, how people consume content, and introducing new perspectives.
• Non-graduate status; applicants must not already hold a qualification in the same subject at the same or higher level.
• Must be aged 18 or over by the apprenticeship start in September 2027 and have lived continuously in the UK for the previous three years.
• Must be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the entire 18-month apprenticeship and must not be enrolled in another apprenticeship.
• Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4/C or above, National 5 at C, or an equivalent qualification; achieved or expected A Level/Higher Maths by the start of the scheme.
