TL;DR
Senior Supply Planner (Supply Chain Planning): Leading end-to-end planning across finished goods, sub-assemblies, and raw materials with an accent on production scheduling, inventory optimization, and supply risk mitigation. Focus on scenario planning, capacity and material availability analysis, and coordinating cross-functional decisions across manufacturing and distribution networks.

What you will do
- Lead Master Production Scheduling (MPS) for designated products and complex portfolios.
- Balance production, inventory, capacity, customer requirements, and financial objectives.
- Own delivery commitments for make-to-order products based on capacity, materials, lead times, and business priorities.
- Develop material supply plans through Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and manage raw material and component inventories.
- Lead Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and optimize inventory deployment, allocation, and replenishment across the network.
- Identify supply risks, lead scenario planning and mitigation strategies, and drive cross-functional issue resolution and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations planning, integrated business planning, logistics, or related functions.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- APICS certification such as CPIM or CSCP, or an equivalent supply chain certification.
- Experience with RapidResponse, Maestro, or other advanced planning platforms.
