Oracle Database Developer

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $115,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes.
• Configure, develop, integrate, or administer enterprise platforms within approved design standards.
• Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a related professional role, with the exact threshold aligned to the approved requisition.
• Practical experience with Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, packages, procedures, indexing, query tuning, and database operations.
• Experience implementing, developing, administering, or supporting the enterprise platform identified in the role.
• Strong understanding of relevant business processes and platform capabilities.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions.
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support.
• Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and external partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate.

Nice to have

• Additional hands-on depth in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, packages, procedures, indexing, query tuning, and database operations.
• Experience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices.
• Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements.
• Relevant professional certifications or advanced training.
