Senior Product Manager (Messaging Solutions)

Location: Hybrid, with virtual and in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week. Offices include Reston, Virginia; Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; Crum Lynne, Pennsylvania; and Boca Raton, Florida.

Salary: $112,500–$187,500 annual base salary in the U.S.; eligible positions may also participate in annual bonus and long-term incentive plans.

What you will do

• Define and manage product vision, strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and investment priorities for enterprise messaging solutions.
• Translate customer, market, stakeholder, technical, and regulatory needs into scalable product capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver data-driven products in Agile environments.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, customer adoption, and product performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with technology, operations, commercial, legal, finance, and customer-facing teams.
• Support product launches, customer demonstrations, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering technology products from concept through launch.
• Demonstrated success building SaaS, communications, data, analytics, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or enterprise software products.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with messaging platforms, communications technologies, telecommunications, customer engagement solutions, fraud prevention, AI/ML technologies, or related domains.
