Procurement Analyst (8 Month) - Winter 2027 Co-op

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Perform ongoing and ad hoc analysis for strategic procurement projects and initiatives.
• Review contract, spend, and risk-related data to identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support financial analysis, business case development, contract management, supplier relationships, and third-party risk management activities.
• Help develop KPIs, dashboards, and business scorecards for enterprise-wide reporting.
• Partner with procurement stakeholders, operations, process engineering, and business teams to translate needs into practical analytical or technical solutions.
• Present findings and support continuous improvement across Procurement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies, pursuing a degree in management, engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Exposure to supplier relationship management, financial services, procurement, or a related field; 1–2 years of previous experience is an asset.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, solve problems, communicate clearly, learn through hands-on experience, and demonstrate strong relationship and ethical standards.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and, where applicable, holding a valid work or study permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with Alteryx, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Master's degree.
