Product Supportability Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Phoenix, AZ; other location: Ann Arbor, MI, United States. Full-time onsite role.

Base pay: $109,000–$185,300 annually.

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives and develop supportability roadmaps that improve long-term product and service continuity across hirify.global's installed base.
• Identify product, supply chain, manufacturing, lifecycle, and operational risks and coordinate mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate complex programs across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Integrate supportability requirements into New Product Introduction, product lifecycle processes, readiness reviews, operational checkpoints, and business planning.
• Establish governance frameworks, executive-level metrics, dashboards, reporting processes, and recurring program reviews.
• Present program status, risks, mitigation strategies, recommendations, and executive summaries to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 0 years of related work experience; or Master's degree and 3 years of related work experience; or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs involving engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, service, operations, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Ability to develop roadmaps, manage deliverables and milestones, mitigate risks, establish governance, and track performance metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and operational topics to diverse audiences and senior leadership.
