Oracle Data Migration Architect, Oracle Fusion Cloud and PeopleSoft

What you will do

• Own the conversion blueprint, object scope, dependencies, load sequencing, and mock-cycle plan across multiple releases.
• Lead source-to-target mapping from PeopleSoft and other legacy systems into Oracle Fusion, including chart-of-accounts crosswalks and EDMCS hierarchies.
• Define business rules, value mappings, data-quality controls, FBDI and relevant HDL usage, and resolve load failures with the systems integrator.
• Run mock conversion cycles, establish reconciliation controls, and drive counts, balances, aging, subledger-to-GL, Fixed Assets, and Projects reconciliation through client sign-off.
• Serve as the senior Oracle contact for finance SMEs, the data conversion lead, executives, and the systems integrator, escalating scope, risk, readiness, access, and SME issues.
• Guide offshore consultants and Forward Deployed Engineers and act as the final quality gate for AI-generated mappings, transformations, and load files.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud data conversions or migrations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets, plus working knowledge of Procurement and Projects/PPM.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials data structures as a conversion source.
• Deep experience with FBDI, HDL where relevant, load-error resolution, and mock conversion cycles.
• Proven financial reconciliation experience, including subledger-to-GL and balance reconciliation with finance users.
• Experience working with a systems integrator on a large Oracle Cloud program.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Excellent communication with finance stakeholders and executives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing or EDMCS.
• Financial services or asset management industry experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor or contingent-worker data.
• Experience with AI, RPA, or automated data-conversion tooling.
• Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or Implementation.
