PeopleSoft Integration Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design and develop PeopleSoft Integration Broker scenarios, including service operations, queues, routings, handlers, and transformations.
• Build synchronous and asynchronous REST and SOAP integrations with internal systems, cloud applications, third-party platforms, and middleware.
• Configure WS-Security, OAuth2, certificate-based authentication, monitoring, notifications, retries, and resubmission workflows.
• Develop Component Interfaces and File Layouts, optimize high-volume integrations, and migrate legacy point-to-point connections to standardized patterns.
• Maintain architecture documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures while providing hypercare, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers, and business stakeholders; mentor junior and mid-level engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work there.
• 12 or more years of PeopleSoft development experience with a strong focus on Integration Broker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on PeopleSoft REST and SOAP web services, PeopleCode, Application Engine, XML, XSLT, JSON, and strong SQL experience.
• Experience with WS-Security and OAuth2, the PeopleSoft data model, upgrades, patches, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, Workday, ServiceNow, OIC, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
