Guest Relations & Hospitality Manager (SKS)

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ; travel to Chicago and Napa showrooms and other marketing events as needed

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop outreach initiatives, client relationships, action plans, and marketing networking programs that support sales and brand immersions.
• Schedule designers, builders, and retail sales associates and work with District Sales Managers to deliver a luxury guest experience.
• Coordinate communications with partner agencies, District Sales Managers, and leadership while maximizing use of the SKS Skyline Showroom.
• Plan and support brand experience, marketing strategies, showroom immersions, and related events, including issue resolution.
• Negotiate with partner agencies, manage resources for client satisfaction and customer support, and maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Recruit, train, and orient service personnel, housekeeping staff, and culinary teams.

Requirements

• Culinary or related degree.
• Certification as a food manager/food handler with the Department of Health and BASSET certification.
• 10+ years of experience in office management and guest relations.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Knowledge of marketing, brand immersions, budget management, and delivery of key performance indicators.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and administrative skills.
