National Trainer Field

Location: Remote, USA; requires 100% travel, including flying, extended driving, periodic weekend travel, and on-site customer training.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually, with possible annual performance bonus and other incentive compensation.

Provides cloud-based SaaS software that supports dealerships and automotive manufacturers with vehicle sales, financing, insurance, repair, maintenance, and related business operations.

What you will do

• Consult with customers, install software solutions, and train users across assigned automotive retail workflows, including parts, service, accounting, and sales.
• Assess customer business needs, recommend functionality and configuration, and verify setup configurations and conversion data.
• Lead customer status meetings, resolve workflow incompatibilities and functionality gaps, and finalize action plans for open issues.
• Support work-in-process activities, customer go-live readiness, trainee progress tracking, and training objective reviews.
• Deliver and adapt training using product, business-process, facilitation, mentoring, and adult-learning expertise.
• Document trip reports, associate trainee progress, project milestones, and deliverables while supporting customer experience and project quality.

Requirements

• Ability to travel 100% of the time, including flying and extended driving.
• Availability for periodic weekend travel and/or work requests.
• Flexibility to work non-standard conditions, including standing and walking.
• At least 2 years of retail automotive experience, including required retail automotive management experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Valid passport for travel in North America, Canada, and the Caribbean.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to rent a car.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• Retail experience in additional CDK workflows.
