Community Manager, Games & AI Creators (AI)

hirify.global is an AI creative platform for games and entertainment, helping studios, brands, and user acquisition teams create video ads, playables, and static creatives with AI models and agents.

What you will do

• Grow and manage the Layer Discord, including onboarding, moderation, daily engagement, events, bots, and automations.
• Run the Creator Network by recruiting artists, reviewing portfolios, collecting feedback, promoting creator work, and connecting creators with studios.
• Manage communities for studios and brands through creative challenges, showcases, feature launches, and team coordination.
• Build Layer’s voice across X, Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube and participate in AI art and game-development discussions.
• Showcase exceptional work and report bugs, user requests, and community sentiment to the product team weekly.
• Improve efficiency through workflows, bots, agents, and other community-management automations.

Requirements

• Experience in a game studio or publisher in community, social, creator, or marketing roles, with an understanding of IP, launches, and players.
• Strong interest in AI, especially image, video, or 3D tools, including tools personally created or used.
• A clear perspective on which tools are worth adopting.
• Experience growing Discord or creator communities and a history in art-tooling or game-development communities.
• Clear, warm writing and the ability to communicate with development teams, customers, and artists.
• Ability to build personal workflows, bots, or agents for community management.

Nice to have

• Experience as an artist, developer, musician, animator, or filmmaker.
• A personal network across studios, brands, or user acquisition agencies.
• Additional language skills or international experience.
