Community Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote, based in Valencia, Spain

What you will do

• Manage daily communication with players across Telegram, Discord, and other community channels.
• Build and grow an active casino player community, moderate discussions, and respond to questions.
• Launch contests, giveaways, community activities, and other engagement mechanics.
• Communicate promotions, tournaments, new games, and product updates.
• Collect player feedback, identify complaints and reputation risks, and coordinate escalations with Customer Support.
• Monitor community sentiment and competitor communities and prepare reports on growth, engagement, and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in Community Management, preferably in iGaming, gaming, betting, or crypto.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate naturally with players rather than using corporate scripts.
• Experience with Telegram and/or Discord communities.
• Mandatory English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Understanding of online casino and player behavior.
• Additional language skills, such as Spanish.
