Sr Business Data Analyst

Location: Middletown, PA, US; fully onsite when the role is based out of a warehouse.

Salary: $70,000–$115,000 annually; California range $70,304–$115,000 and Washington range $80,169–$115,000.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and back-end data models for operational and strategic decisions.
• Clean, model, and analyze structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data using SQL, DAX, statistical techniques, and analytics tools.
• Design and implement ETL data pipelines and standard reporting tools for site or sector needs.
• Provide customized analytical solutions to HR, Finance, and other functional teams.
• Lead analytics projects across multiple sites, support site startups, and implement reporting frameworks.
• Serve as a Power BI and analytics community point of contact, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and promote data literacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Extensive experience using SQL or scripting languages such as Python or R to query, clean, and transform data.
• Proficiency in building Power BI dashboards and reports from scratch and writing DAX expressions.
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling techniques, and modern analytics trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional projects.
• Must be able to work fully onsite if the role is based out of a warehouse.
