Enterprise Analytics Architect (Power BI)

Location: US - Daytona Beach, FL (TDY); other locations include Chestnut Ridge, NY; Orlando, FL; Huntsville, AL; and Englewood, CO (TDY). US citizenship is required. Green Card Holders, current or future work-visa holders, and candidates requiring visa sponsorship are not eligible.

Salary: $87,800.00–$117,100.00 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, optimize, and support enterprise Power BI solutions, semantic models, dashboards, and reporting architectures.
• Define and implement enterprise standards for semantic modeling, report development, deployment, governance, and security.
• Build semantic models and common KPIs, business definitions, dimensions, and reporting standards across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
• Support the transition from business-unit reporting to enterprise reporting while maintaining business-unit-specific reporting needs.
• Translate business processes and stakeholder requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, report developers, business stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data architecture, including experience designing enterprise reporting solutions across ERP-based environments.
• Expert-level Power BI experience in semantic model architecture, DAX development and performance optimization, report and dashboard architecture, Power BI Service administration and governance, and gateway-based or hybrid reporting architectures.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and reporting controls.
• Experience with dimensional modeling, star schema design, SQL development and optimization, and enterprise reporting architecture.
• Experience supporting reporting and analytics for one or more of Finance, Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Inventory, or Supply Chain.
• Experience working with multiple business functions and stakeholder groups, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or a similar ERP platform.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, aerospace and defense, or multi-business-unit organizations.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Direct Lake, OneLake, Lakehouse concepts, and modern enterprise analytics architectures.
• Experience with Git-based source control and deployment practices.
