Business Data Analyst I (Power BI)

Location: Newville, PA, United States; fully onsite for warehouse-based roles

Salary: $70,000–$115,000 annually; California range $70,304–$115,000; Washington range $80,169–$115,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, visualizations, and back-end data models.
• Clean, model, and analyze operational data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques.
• Use data from warehouse management, timekeeping, and other operational systems to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with site and sector leadership and support HR, Finance, and other functional teams with analytical solutions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights through presentations and reports for internal and customer use.
• Manage analytics projects independently from concept to delivery and provide support for Power BI-related questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or another scripting language such as Python or R for querying, cleaning, and transforming data.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards and reports from scratch.
• Experience writing DAX expressions to automate and enhance Power BI reports.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating data into actionable insights are preferred.
