Senior Manager, Business Unit Finance (Ecommerce)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with 30 days of occasional remote work

What you will do

• Act as a financial business partner to the Chief Technology & Product Officer and N2 Directors for day-to-day and long-term decisions.
• Translate business and technology strategy into financial strategy, modeling, analysis, and executive presentations.
• Provide financial input on technology initiatives and build-versus-buy, system modernization, and architecture investment cases.
• Scale initiative portfolio management with financial visibility and alignment to business goals.
• Manage and optimize technology budgets, forecasts, and rolling plans while driving efficiency and accountability.
• Track ROI/NPV and KPIs for technology features and platform developments; improve management reporting and planning through automation, including AI.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience solving complex financial issues in a business environment.
• Professional experience in finance or business consulting.
• Professional finance qualification such as ACCA or CIMA and/or an MBA or MSc in econometrics or statistics.
• Deep experience working with retail or e-commerce businesses.
• Strong English communication skills and outstanding analytical and numerical skills.
• Leadership ability to motivate people across organizational functions.
• Focus on efficiency, process management, high-impact results, self-direction, and ownership.
