EMEA Pricing Manager

Location: Wrocław, Lower Silesian, Poland. In-person work is required Monday through Thursday, with remote work available on Flexible Fridays; schedules may vary by location.

What you will do

• Develop and implement pricing policies and strategies that support profitable growth.
• Lead regional price increase initiatives, pricing governance, segmentation, margin improvement, and commercial decision support.
• Oversee price lists, quotations, approvals, rebates, pricing controls, compliance, audits, and complex pricing escalations.
• Analyze pricing and sales data; develop dashboards, reporting tools, and data management processes.
• Drive pricing process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop 15–20 Pricing Specialists across EMEA while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Management, Shared Services, Customer Operations, or a related business function.
• At least 5 years of people management experience, including leading and developing larger teams.
• Strong experience in pricing governance, process management, and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder relationships in a complex international environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, pricing tools, business intelligence platforms, and data analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights, with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Process-oriented mindset focused on efficiency and standardization.
• Fluent Polish and English skills.
