Senior Project Specialist (Partner Programs)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with flexible working hours starting between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

hirify.global operates an e-commerce marketplace and supports partners expanding their businesses across Central European markets.

What you will do

• Independently manage assigned partner program projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
• Gather requirements and coordinate stakeholders across Verticals, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, Project Management, and business teams.
• Plan activities, dependencies, follow-ups, and operational implementation while proactively managing risks, roadblocks, and escalations.
• Support partner compliance initiatives and maintain accurate roadmaps, task lists, meeting notes, progress reports, and project materials.
• Map workflows, identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and develop reporting frameworks for project and partner metrics.
• Analyze operational data and feedback, recommend solutions, and support knowledge sharing with less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Fluent English at C1+ level and native-level Polish.
• Proven experience in project, program, operations, or process coordination, including demonstrated ownership of assigned initiatives or workstreams.
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and independently coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams.
• Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with established project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to escalate risks early and propose process improvements.
• Interest in e-commerce and international marketplace development.
• Willingness to share knowledge, help onboard or guide colleagues, and support team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or international business operations.
• Experience selling on hirify.global or supporting marketplace sellers.
• Experience with data, dashboards, Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, or process improvement methodologies.
• Experience preparing presentations, project documentation, or analytical reports.
• Knowledge of compliance or cross-border operations.
