Delivery and Project Senior Specialist

What you will do

• Manage strategic customer accounts and project portfolios as Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager.
• Coordinate delivery activities, customer commitments, scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
• Build relationships with customer IT and business stakeholders and coordinate internal delivery domains, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Account Management, and extended account teams.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, changes, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support pre-sales by validating delivery timelines, risks, and expert resource availability.
• Create customer and project dashboards, communicate delivery status, and prepare executive summaries.

Requirements

• Solid experience managing customer-facing projects, preferably for international or strategic accounts.
• Confidence working with senior internal and customer stakeholders, including C-level stakeholders in steering committees.
• Ability to manage expectations, build long-term customer relationships, and influence without formal authority.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate complex or sensitive customer situations and balance competing priorities.
• Proactive, structured, autonomous approach with ownership of projects, delivery monitoring, and clear reporting.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
