Senior AI Product Engineer

Location: Hybrid role associated with Paris; remote work is available from anywhere in France or Spain.

What you will do

• Partner with business users to map workflows and build AI-powered solutions that teams adopt in daily work.
• Design API, application, and data-source integrations, including agent orchestration, retrieval, and custom capabilities.
• Ship production AI features with evaluation, monitoring, exception handling, and human review to support accuracy and safety.
• Prioritize workflow opportunities using business ownership, value, feasibility, readiness, and measurable baselines.
• Iterate from user feedback and quality, adoption, cycle-time, and time-saved signals.
• Co-develop reusable components, permissions, templates, training, and ownership models with the Application Framework team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including API and systems design.
• Hands-on production experience building with LLMs, agents, tools, or AI workflow automation.
• Product sense and the ability to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, maintainable production solutions.
• Understanding of security, permissions, evaluation, observability, and maintainability in AI-enabled systems.
• Comfort working directly with non-technical users and collaborating across engineering and business teams.
• Ownership across discovery, delivery, production quality, and iteration.

Hiring process
