Mid Cybersecurity Engineer - eBilet (AI)

Location: Hybrid 4/1; team based in Warsaw and Poznań, Poland. Flexible working hours start between 7:00 and 9:00; up to 30 days of occasional remote work.

What you will do

• Own eBilet’s day-to-day security work, risk assessment, improvement roadmaps, controls, testing, and follow-up.
• Translate Group Security standards and requirements into practical controls, processes, and priorities for eBilet.
• Build security into the software development lifecycle through threat modelling, security requirements, design reviews, and secure development guidance.
• Drive hardening across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments, including access management, secure configuration, patching, secrets management, and logging.
• Manage vulnerabilities and security findings from identification and prioritization through remediation and verification; perform security reviews and technical testing.
• Support incident response, coordinate with engineering, product, operations, and Group Security teams, and report risks and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Practical experience in application, infrastructure, or cloud security, including Azure, and understanding of how these areas connect.
• Ability to build security into the software development lifecycle through threat modelling, security requirements, design reviews, and secure development practices.
• Ability to assess technical risks, prioritize vulnerabilities, and work with engineering teams on remediation.
• Experience with application or infrastructure security testing, code reviews, or penetration tests.
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, and cloud security hardening, including access controls, secure configuration, patching, secrets management, and logging.
• Ability to turn security standards and policies into practical business and technology controls.
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain security issues to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve security work, understanding AI-related risks, and designing controls to prevent, detect, and respond to them.
• English proficiency at least B2.
