Security Compliance Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Analyze compliance requirements through reports, presentations, policy assessments, and cyber governance collaboration.
• Contribute to security audits, assess vendor risks, and explain compliance measures to stakeholders.
• Investigate potential issues and develop solutions collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Draft governance documents supporting security initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate projects, support policy development, recommend updates, promote awareness, and provide guidance.
• Develop cross-team workflows and operational effectiveness metrics while building consensus.

Requirements

• 12 years of relevant professional experience, a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in ambiguous or less-defined circumstances.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize work effectively.
