AI Integration and IAM Specialist

Location: Remote from Poland, Bulgaria, Georgia, or Romania

What you will do

• Translate business requests into requirements for APIs, accounts, authentication, scopes, and permissions.
• Coordinate IAM, SSO, service accounts, and OAuth applications so approved access is implemented accurately.
• Work with company IT teams and system owners to obtain approvals and remove blockers.
• Configure the AI platform, coordinate connector development with engineering, and test workflows before handover.
• Maintain access records and manage credential rotation and revocation.
• Use AI to automate repetitive administrative work.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, IAM, service accounts, OAuth, and API permissions.
• Proven experience delivering integrations across multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and fixing access and authentication failures.
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and follow-through.
• Security-first mindset focused on least privilege, clean audit trails, and avoiding shortcuts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta or OneLogin, Google Workspace, GCP IAM, SAML/OIDC, MCP, or enterprise SaaS integrations.
