Senior Software Engineer (ASM Team)

Location: Remote in Poland; team location listed as Warsaw, PL.

What you will do

• Own critical components of data collection and analysis pipelines.
• Design and implement production-ready, stable, extensible, unit-tested software that accounts for edge cases and scalability.
• Diagnose complex issues, evaluate solutions, and execute the selected approach.
• Implement requirements within an Agile delivery methodology and established architectural principles.
• Lead initiatives from design and planning through implementation and deployment while aligning cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to product architecture, testing, AWS expertise, and solving complex engineering problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building data-intensive systems at scale.
• Professional experience with Python.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous message processing.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, concurrency, synchronization, memory management, data structures, and algorithms.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go.
• Experience with graph databases.
• Experience with distributed data processing technologies such as Kafka.
• Experience with API security, offensive security, or building LLM-based agents.
